Therapy East London

Starting therapy can feel daunting. You may wonder whether you’ll be understood or if it will actually help you. Those questions are part of the process.

In our work together, I offer a calm, accepting space where you don’t have to explain yourself perfectly or hold yourself together. This is a place to slow things down, speak honestly, and begin to make sense of what’s troubling you. I work in a way that’s responsive to you, listening closely and noticing patterns as they emerge. This often helps clients feel clearer, more grounded, and less stuck in old ways of relating.

People come to therapy with me for many reasons: ongoing anxiety, self-doubt, difficult relationships, past experiences that still have a hold or a sense of loss that’s hard to articulate.

My intersectional identity means I often work with clients from the global majority, and those who are LGBTQ+ or gender diverse. I work in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed way and have experience supporting people with issues around identity, conflict, discrimination and complex trauma.

If any of this resonates, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to untangle what’s troubling you and find a way forward. If you’d like to talk, you’re welcome to get in touch.
