I know it can be daunting to start therapy: it can be hard to open up to someone new. However, I hope my warmth, empathy and acceptance of you will be felt when we meet.

I believe we are all individuals and our experiences are not the same. It’s this philosophy that led me to train as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist as there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. As a qualified and professional counsellor, I will collaborate with you to work in a way that suits you best.

In a non-judgemental space, I will accompany you on your journey, as you explore your experiences, thoughts and emotions. I will listen, understand and gently challenge enabling you to reflect. I may highlight patterns and themes or offer interpretations, to enable you to see things from a different perspective or create new meaning. Developing self-awareness will enable you to have the confidence to start navigating your way in the world to live a better life.

In my work this has helped clients to: no longer feel frustrated in a relationship; overcome the anxiety which was holding them back and develop their self-esteem to no longer feel like an imposter.

Issues I can help you with include: depression, panic attacks, life transitions, anger, identity, sexuality, shame, domestic abuse, loss, trauma, suicidal thoughts and self-harm.

As well as my own practice I work as a counselling consultant for a major record label supporting musicians and professionals.
There are additional music and entertainment industry specific challenges that I can support you on to increase resilience and avoid burnout. This can include: sudden fame, performance anxiety, stress, co-dependency, online abuse, career uncertainty, discrimination and body image.
